Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

First visit to this Papa Murphy's. The manager and his peeps running this store are in dire need of a lesson in Customer Service 101. While placing an online order, I found no way to communicate a Special Request so I telephoned the store after placing the order. An employee placed me on hold (not really - I heard the entire conversation - SO RUDE WERE THE WORDS EXCHANGED!) 'Did you even put them on hold? They've heard everything I just said?" I politely made my request to the manager once he decided to talk to me and he agreed to the special request. To simply cut the pie in half. Initially, he was reluctant to oblige me, stating the pizza wouldn't cook properly. FALSE. But I presented no argument. I've had this request granted EVERY SINGLE TIME I've placed an order at any PM locale. He did finally agree but when I arrived to pick up my order, the request was COMPLETELY ignored. THE MANAGER COMPLELELY FAILED ME. Then, I asked the employees to correct what was promised, they looked at me like I had four heads. What a bad experience, despite the fact the request was, in and of itself, trivial. What could have been so easy to appease a paying customer turned into a lost customer. If these young people were store owners, this presumably would have played out differently. Ultimately the employees failed the store owner. There is no place for RUDENESS or customer apathy, EVER. I experienced it here firsthand. Sad but no big deal. Since there is no shortage of good pizza places.

This place takes so long an never communicated with customers or apologize for their wait! People came in after me a got their pizzas right away I will never return here bad experience for my first time ! Should of went to dominos

This location provides great pizzas that are highly customizable and everyone of them tastes great without the heavy greasy feeling that most pizza places provide. The smore dessert pizza is a personal favorite.

Everytime I come in and ask about my rewards it's the same exact answer 1 more it's been one more to go for 3 visits guess I'll quit asking there are no salads or other items in the case at 630 it's frustrating

I'm from KC where there's alot more Papa Murphys. So I get a taste from home without the long drive. The staff here is wonderful. I didn't get the 2 workers names today but they was friendly, quick, dedicated even though they was so busy. I'll definitely return. Thanks young lady and man that helped me today. Enjoy you evening.
